Deliveries will be made to your home within 7-10 working days after making the purchase (working days are from Monday to Friday).
The expenses of Delivery will ascend always to €50 in you them were peeping of the European community, fewer Spain.
The delivery of live animals costs €19.00 per cage. Live animals may only be delivered to the Spanish mainland and Majorca (Deliveries will not be made to Ceuta, Melilla the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, except Majorca). Depending on the size and type of animal, several may be sent in one delivery in the same cage, the cost of which remains €19.00.
An order will be considered delivered when DHL has the signed receipt of delivery.
Animalots reserves the right to change the carrier without prior warning, provided that this is not in prejudice of the interests of our customers.
Returns
The items offered in our shops are guaranteed by important trading companies. Offering the utmost quality and best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) working days as of the order delivery date to return it (according to Sect. 44 of the Retail Trading Act 7/1996 of 15 January, amended by the 47/2002 Act of 19 December).
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
1. Delivery and collection costs in the event of returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Where the return is due to an error made in the order by Animalots, all delivery costs will be the responsibility of the company.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original, not broken packaging in perfect condition. No item will be refunded that does not reach us in perfect condition and with its packaging in a good state of repair.

Once the goods have been received and checked in our warehouses, their total amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
2. Defective or erroneous products may be returned, the customer being responsible for delivery costs. Once the product has reached our premises we will check the defect or error and, if in a good state of repair, we will send the correct item at no extra cost. These circumstances must be communicated within the period of seven (7) days as of the date of receipt of the delivery.

Once we have received the material we will check that it is in good state of repair and unused before refunding the total amount, not including delivery costs.
All deliveries must be made via any carrier or Postal service, carriage paid (to the address indicated above), otherwise they will not be refunded.
A note must be included inside the package with the details of the purchaser and the order reference, the reason for the return and, in the event of a change in size or item being required, the new size or item required.
